Elbow Pads
- Determine one's weight and locate the corresponding size below.
- The elbow pad should not restrict movement of the elbow. With the elbow pads on, test the range of motion by bending the arm at the elbow, watching for restriction.
Knee Pads
- Determine one's weight and locate the corresponding size below.
- The knee pad should not restrict movement of the knee. With the knee pads on, test the range of motion by bending the leg at the knee, watching for restriction.
Wrist Pads
- Wrist pad size is determined by measuring the circumference of a flat hand at the knuckles.
